Basically just tells you the last time a mobster performed an action on turf wars (mission, attack, punch, etc) this way it easy to see who is inactive and makes it "safer" to take someone's "capo" status.

👍🏻 I agree, it also gives players grounds to go after a Capo Title, since they can see that the current Capo has been inactive. Also, good information to have for strategizing.

It's pretty easy to figure out if a player has been inactive. There's at least four ways to do so. No need to make such banners.
