Just a random idea I had. How about a little reward for loyalty to the game. Brens maybe? 50 for your first year, 100 for 2nd year, etc. maybe additional turf limit instead. 1st year = 15. 2nd year = 30.

With the lack of free turf given to players, I'm all for this idea and free turf as reward.
