When you max out your skill points you should be able to sell them back to the don for 50 DP for every 3 or 25 DP whatever floats your boat so we don't have them just siting around unused.

Hold on to extra skill points for the next time that the game adds a new skill or makes attack and defence actual do something.

What if they never do besides you could just buy them back.
