There should be a menu where you can click a specific city, and it would display a list of every capo that city has had.

They could do a lot with the capos. Right now they are useless. Even a leaderboard for capo would be nice.

Exactly, I think they should do more with capos.
They could even reward you if you keep a capo title for a period of time.
1 Week: 1m
5 Weeks: 40m
3 Months: 500m
9 Months: 1B
1 Year: 50B
And it could go on and on, maybe respect points as a few rewards.

Yes, but players who dont have the turf limit to support a capo title may feel cheated. Another problem would be that any new player would feel obligated to spend money to get anywhere in this game, this works for the devs but not consumer moral!
