New loot that doesn't allow a player to heal a turf that you are in range of. Rare item like a police map.

Police maps are common or un-common loot. How would this work? Not sure you can program a block of players actions? How would you apply it? Maybe apply with or like car bomb?

Sure ya can. Nick programmed a block of me buying bren guns (or any other loot weapon) in the market. Same concept. The button to heal would just be greyed out.

Here's another thought, if player A was in cap range and applied the mustard gas, would then players B and C be able to attack that turf without healing this knocking turf ooc. And then player A easily sweeps in and captures turf all without the victim being able to heal the turf?
