Lookouts

If you have a lookout equipped to a turf and another player starts to "watch" it, does the lookout give a notification saying that someone has their eyes on the turf?

Initially I thought the lookout might have an undeclared ability, but now yes it is a suggestion. It might not be a game changer but I'm sure it could be helpful
