Sniper Rifle

I had this awesome idea. So this weapon allows you to attack turf that are farther away and works as a counter to the capture skill. How it could work is a added area is shown for attack range, but only for weapons in a long range category, the sniper rifle being the first of them. The trade off would be high upkeep, no defense/very low defense points on the weapon. The attack on the rifle needs to be lower than the higher tier guns you can buy in the market, but not too low to make it worthless. Finally it cannot completely counteract the capture skill. The full range should probably be between 25% and 50% of someone will full capture skill.
