So yeah you donmt get very much, I have 3.2 billion cash and 3.4 billion in the bank and for 10 respect points I can get 40k...
I think it should be 10% of your income, possibly more or just be removed even it's hardly helpful.
I hope I'm not the only one that lives in fear of accidentally pressing it :D
