Spoofing?

im at an isolated part of Sweden, 300 kilometers from nearest AP. Im pretty inactive but keep track of hoppers towards this city. Suddenly a player shows up from nowhere and goes bananas on this city. And likewise on other cities 200-300 kilometers from the town i mention. Several capos out of nowhere in different parts of Sweden with 10 hours in between. I have never cried Wolf but now i think this is very fishy... What to do?
