Leveling up

periodically when you level up you unlock new items to the market to buy and equip. For some reason it will not let me or even appear as an option to buy. I just leveled up and could now "buy or loot a beretta" I looked for the fun in the market and it is not there. This is not the first item. How to fix this.

The beretta rifle is a special loot item. Not buy able

When you loot it you will see you can sell in the market but not buy
