Since currently, the only apparent benefits of Capo are i) bragging rights, and ii) a small cost savings on buying police protection, here's a possible benefit to becoming Capo of an area: everyone else in the area pays a small "tribute" fee to the Capo. This would scale with how many players are in the area, therefore becoming Capo of rural Podunkville, USA where you're the only player for 500 miles wouldn't add anything. Conversely, becoming Capo of a large city could potentially pay off bigtime. I'd suggest that the tribute paid per player amount be small:

It's good. Yes. But how big of a "fee" is the question. Because. To big. No1 builds there. To small no difference in gameplay. Safer to stay as is. ATM. More important things due.

I say the fee should start 100$ weekly for new players, but the fee rises every level up
