Respect Points Ad Error

Every time I try to get the 5 free respect points I get this error: There was an error fetching ad: "XXXXX". Ad request to server failed. Please try again in a few minutes.

It has only started since I moved to Guam a month ago, it used to work after a few attempts and now doesn't work at all. Annoying because I'm almost out of respect points.

I raised the same problem a few weeks back but TW Support suggested it was a problem with my DNS settings which is bullshit. To me it looks like a bug where they are showing the wrong error message. I used to get a "There are no more ads available" message but I havent seen that once since I started getting the same error as the OP.

I do get ads sometimes so that completely rules out a DNS error

Same problem here. I do use google DNS to avoid Indonesia's ridiculous censorship filters, but i don't think there's any reason to block ads

I had this as well but luckily for me it went away after a day (not a bloody few minutes!!)

I'm having an issue not getting the respect points after I successfully download and launch the app. Has anyone had issues with that?
