I know this was brought up during the beta, but I can't even see half the names or most of my own name. Will there ever be a fix to this?

Pretty sure it's not a Turf Wars issue, but an Android issue.

Maybe the best way to solve the issue is for turf wars to have a whatsapp style keyboard,which let's android users see iPhone emojis

Problem is, I-platform was first, people have names they were allowed to choose. It's not really turf wars or android's "fault", although apps designed from scratch for both platforms could bar players from using non-universal characters in their names.

One possible solution is to scan the database for unreadable characters, and force players to add an "alias" to their profile that is android compliant. Inactive players of course never would change, but they aren't a big deal as they won't attack or message you and gain no advantage from anonymity.

Interesting, pick your own cross platform name from a cross platform keyboard of sorts.

The only downside to that would be that android users could easily target inactive players. People would gain a lot of cajones if they realized that they can cap someone's turf and avoid any vendetta-related consequences until well after they've finished their business.
