Embargo loot

I don't know if this has ever been suggested, but my idea is for there to be a loot item called embargo. It would be used in a similar way as a horse head or cement shoes, except the effect is the player doesn't receive income for 24 hours. I feel that this would be an effective and interesting war tool.

Cool idea! But 24 hrs is a bit harsh. Especially due to the fact that this item would probably be used by noobs, on noobs, w paltry income. Maybe if some sorta income scale equation came into play?...with a random time period effect?...

Oh I would love to use this. I can Imagine using this in a war and cutting off that players funding. I give it a 👍 up.
