Turf levels?

I was thinking of the idea that turfs can "level up". Leveling up can add a small amount of cash to the turfs income, increase defense of specific turf, or even increase build radius. To gain "turf exp" it would depend on how many turfs you've capped using that turf. And it would be up to how long the turf has been there. Amount of turf upgrades also helps move the turf along (iow 84inf would make more exp then a 1inf turf) the turf being attacked also helps it move along.
