Turf Time

I suggest when a player makes a turf there should be a time it was made as well as the date. Right now just the date shows. The reason for this is the 24 hour rule before someone can capture turf. If someone sees their turf is about to be captured, they should be able to know when to be online so they can defend themselves or counterattack. Right now it's unknown when the 24 hour period expires.
