Don points packages

Why can't the developers come up with some sort of packages for don points? By this I mean instead of buying DP's you could buy a package that had let's say 100 turf, 50 hench, 25 each of turf loot items, 10 maps, 20 shots, 10 Bren, 5 HH, 30 CS and 4 CB. I know some of you are saying that's what crates are for but they are junk you never know what you are going to get and sometimes you get nothing you want it's a waste. If they were set items and a mixture people could choice what best fits their play.
