This is based on the same premise as buying turf at Christmas for 12 points and the cost doesn't rise. It could be for a day, a couple days or random times throughout the year.
Another thought would be to have the reset time cut in half to 12 hours instead of 24 hours. This one I'd run for a couple days. That way you can take advantage of the 12 hour rule.
