  I think it would fail because technically there is no actual graffiti for the first influence point. It's natural.

  It's 2 influence. (1basic and 1 graffiti). So it makes it go down 1 influence. It's still be there.

  Only suggestion to this idea is have it only work on I active players, as big active users with lots of turf might get targeted with this a lot and have a hard time keeping turf at full size. Great idea other than this! Totally something the game needs.
