Would be cool to loot loot from players, randomly during fights.

Good idea. Fighting those with lower level is almost impossible - the Don comes into a fight. So u can pick your kind. And having a good mob and enough weapons is another part of game balance! Sure it would get u longer to upgrade all yo turf.. But that'd b just part of the gam

No. It does not. It gives smaller players a chance to take something from bigger players.

No, not actually take loot from players, although we do take turf. So It kind of only makes sense to actually be able to take other stuff from each other. Hmmmm
