There should be at least one sticky thread that provides basic forum rules.

For example: DO NOT POST YOUR ****ING CODE IN THE GENERAL DISCUSSION FORUM!

Or better idea punish those tht put codes in the wrong forum... 1st offence = loss of money
2nd offence = 1 less turf allowance
3rd offence = bannin. From game for 24hours
