Of course to those in the hundred+ levels this means nothing but for resets, lower levels, and future players. This could be helpful.

I suggest there be a confirmation button after you place your skill points. I'm not the only one that accidentally placed points in attack when you meant to hit stamina.
With the confirmation. When you decline it you get your 3 points back to replace them to the correct place.

It's not that they're useless. They do serve a function, it's just not worth wasting skill points on them.
