Capo History

Title says it. Basically it shows how many capos a place has had. It would be like the cap history people suggest a lot. What do you guys think.

Unneeded. Yet it has an aspect I like. With over 3 years to a war game there is a lot of history here. And capo history is just another aspect we could look at. Imagine in three more years seeing the capo history of a large city after a few large wars. Seeing towns change hands from one player to another or one alliance to another.....
Don't think it'll happen or will be needed though.
