Codes

I think that once a code has been used, a person should not be able to used it again. Code websites mark that you have already added a code, thus new players that pick a code that may have been picked by someone previously are at a disadvantage because their code will be added less.

Then try and see if its a new code on icm before changing it in game

Agreed. Just saying, we all know that there are tons of newbes who don't punch codes. They may not know right away their code will be useless! This could prevent people wasting points on a change. Then try and see if its a new code on icm before changing it in game

I can't imagine there are that many people that change their custom code.

A new code bumps them to the top of ICM and then us suckers, repunch the code of a player that is already in our mob.

Really? That seems bizarre to me. The only reason I could see doing that is if a player reset. Otherwise adding a new code bumps your code to the top of ICM. Players that have already checked their code don't need to punch it again, because the person's already in their mob.Mystery wrote:

It bumps your old code but it also puts the new code, your new invite code, at the top. The old code is worthless and if you have already punched it, you won't see it but you will see the new code, the new code attached to their TW profile.

I understand that. However, they won't be getting very many new invites because all the players that punched their old code are already in their mob. Plus, their old worthless code won't stay there long as new players punch it & mark it bad.
