After some time that the little players don't make progress u should let them be caped buy any other player like strong or weak cause there is no point to keep the turf there if it is just going to sit there for the rest of your life and he or she is not upgrading the influence and stuff like that

You can get 10-15k from building over or 30-50k capping it I prefer more money
