Everytime I attack someonea turf I am attacking the turf and the player so for example if I want to attack my friend who has 360 mob members and I have 476 I lose because he has double his actual mob. Attacking other turf is just bothering now and to me is pointless

You loose becouse you don't have any armour. Buy some, simple as that.
