How about a loot item that increases your chances of getting loot. Maybe it would guarantee loot every third mission or something for a few days

Alternatively, you'd have the same chance of loot but better items. Rare when you would've gotten uncommon etc

I do like it, it sounds cheap, but who doesn't love loot. I don't think this item would be made, but it would be nice.
