If a player targets another player, the Don Protection (I have had players stay protected up to level 24) and the Influence Rule should be disabled to the person that is being targeted.
For example, a player targets another player with a high influence, but they cannot be capped due to their opponent's high influence and their ability to stay under level level 50.
This needs to be seriously looked at.

Basically, if a player wants to fight with some big boys and girls, the gloves need to come off so we can throw down.

So if the person under don protection chooses to V a bigger player, they have the right to but they give up their right as don protection.

Similar to how the turf are effected when a person is in a vendetta.

I agree with this I haven't had this problem personally but if your gonna play with the big boys you should be treated as such

I agree, one million percent.
In addition to the above regardless of mob size, etc there should be a minimum cap range of 100m as no mob should be un-capable..........
Both of these things are ridiculous...........

I agree ppl are exploiting this with their mule accounts. This is like back when ppl would drop all their turf to 1 influence and couldn't be capped due to the 10% rule. This needs to be changed like that rule was

Having this problem now, small player V'd me up and I can't cap because of the % rule. Don protection should not be helping in a Vendetta.

Taken from The "Accountant"'s suggestion, when a player is in a vendetta, remove the xp cap. (Currently, by the 13th attack won, a player will stop getting xp until 36 hours have passed. If the player loses, they get a minimum of 1 xp.)
The issue here concerns players that stay low level so their cap limit is low.
I'd hate to see that implanted for little/new players that have around the same amount of mob though. I'm thinking this would come into play when they are fighting "larger" mobsters. Not exactly sure about the details.
