The person putting someone on the hitlist would have to pay the price that goes on the targets head. Lvl 1 wouldn't be able to afford the price on a Lvl 45 bc it price would be determined by mob size, # of turf, inf, etc

Too many games do this. Why copy other games ideas? I'd rather Nick concentrate on originallity instead of copying storm 8
