One of the more contradictory features of this game is the graffiti purchase as a property upgrade feature. There isn't a single community on the globe where the appearance of graffiti is viewed as a property enhancement and yet it is treated as such in this application. If indeed graffiti were to play a part in this game it should be applied in the same fashion as attack weapons. There financial impact upon a property should be computed negatively. A suitable replacement would be a local vendor or some other contributor with negligible but positive contribution to the property in question.

Graffiti is used to mark boundaries by gangs. It can also be used to detail what's for sale in the area and where.

One of the smaller towns in the are there was a solon that got a graffiti artist/person to do graffiti on the side of the building.
