Be able to see who the top mobster is for every level they are

Level means nothing in this game except to triggers for Don Protection, cap limits and access to turf upgrades and weapons. A level 20 can beat a level 120 if one has put in the effort and the other has not.

Don't forget skill points come with levels. Stamina is very important.

The only meaning it has is cap limit, and that's meaningless to most players, as they're too scared to fight.
