Invite button

There needs to be an invite button on every Mobsters profile so you can invite them even if you don't know their code
-
I've suggested this before. It didn't get very many supporters though. At least I know I'm not the only one that thinks this is a good idea. :D
-
Would defeat the purpose of punching. It'll never happen.
-
I think the punching codes is best.
It shows dedication to the game & when you hit a milestone you feel proud of your achievement.Anyone can go & hit an invite button.
But not all can sit for hours & punch codes.👎 No to this idea.
-
It gives smaller less motivated mobsters a chance though... I mean I just hit 1000 but I have no chance to catch or even come close to someone with 40k. And like I said it would let you add someone even if you didn't know their code

Having to open someone's profile to tap 'add' would take much more time than punching codes. Just saying.

Forums, and tap the posters name, tap invite mobster, tap back. That's 3 taps as opposed to a minimum of 3 taps for punching a 2 character code. As such anyone with more than a 2 character code will take longer as involves more taps. -
Thank you hyena, I say it would be a good idea and I hope nick reads this
-
I like the idea but maybe it stops being an option once you hit a certain level?

I'm not agreeing with the idea, you want mob put some effort in and punch codes. This is just for lazy people, I was just showing how it's easier than punching codes.Thank you hyena, I say it would be a good idea and I hope nick reads this

Yeah I was thinking it would be a good way to keep new people in the game but once you hit level 20 or so it goes away.

No, because then every level 21 would be asking where the damn button went!Yeah I was thinking it would be a good way to keep new people in the game but once you hit level 20 or so it goes away.

I spent hours punching 100000 codes to get my mob and someone can come along and do it much easier in half the time using an invite button, no chance!

Yes totally, because everyone uses the forums... I'm sorry but in the time I'd be browsing the forums and open 2 profiles i could've punched 10 codes.DonEpic wrote:

I can punch 500 codes in an hour. I doubt that I could find 500 profiles at all in the forums, let alone in a hour. But it would be nice to be able to invite specific people with the buttonDonEpic wrote:

Um load time for the pages. And not to mention you run into the same people on the forums you'd run out of options. I didn't read what your side was on this. But having this option would make new players think this is easier and they'd never punch when in fact it'd be a bigger waste of time.DonEpic wrote:

These shortcut ideas pop up once in a while in every game you play that need some kind of effort.
There Will always be people that is better or more dedicated than yourself, no shortcuts Will change that.
I remember, for example, Runescape back in the day around beta. One player called Bluerose13X worked encredibly hard, klicked the mouse millions of times and became the first runite miner ever. The result? Players demanding a reset of all players. A bad or lazy player Will Never Succed even after a reset.
So My opinion is clear- i do not think anything should be changed when it comes to aquiring mob.

This is in NO WAY a short cut. A good puncher can put in 400-500 codes per hour. Go ahead and look on the forums. That's it, go and look. I bet there are less than 300 active forum players TOTAL. And it would definitely take more than an hour to find them. The invite button would give noobs the initial excitement of seeing their mob grow from 1-300 pretty quickly, and that would hook them on to the game so they begin to punch for real.

That's why you go through the top mobsters lists there's a crapload of active mobsters in there and it would be a lot faster then finding their codesThis is in NO WAY a short cut. But the issue I see is the new players will only use this method thinking its easier. They won't try to punch the ones who would do this are lazy.
