It would be nice if when you get to the "city" part that either the cities are in alphabetical order or given a way to enter a city of interest instead of having to search through every city in California to find the city you are searching for.

Almost. It's arranged by the greatest influence player or overall influence in the world, country, and city.
And I agree. Would make things a lot easier and this is somewhat are ready implanted. Towns that exist in the geocoder but are not inhabited with turf are listed in alphabetical order bear the bottom.

Assuming you have any influence, yes. However, it does bar off the other countries/states/towns that you don't have influence in.
