Plane Ticket Availability

I would like to see a way to either loot or purchase (using DP's and/or some achievement) extra plane tickets. Obviously the travel penalty and "cost" for such a thing must be very high, but for some it could prove to be extreme helpful if they're pursued in all their areas and still have to wait a certain number of days to fly.

The don point sales should be bribe enough.
The cost could even ramp up if you buy a bunch inside a certain timeframe.
