Make a loot item which doubles your cap radius for 24 hours

Cap distance is dependent upon the target mob size not your mob size.

I'm aware. Imagine this item acts as if the opponent's mob is doubled in regards to distance, but only regards the actual mob in terms of fighting.

I.e. it just doubles the max distance one can be from any given opponent in order to cap. Apologies for poor initial wording
