Something to Capp a turf and it not show up that a turf was attacked so the player doesn't noitice
It would be helpful for players who need more influence and only want to Capp one and doesn't want a war.
Just a suggestion ✌

If you had enough you could cap someone out in minutes. There needs to be a Range, # usable per day, and you have to be able to beat them in normal attacks. Maybe a chance of it failing and that player being alerted.

Good point but u should only be able to have one at a time so you couldn't really Cap someone out , they'd just really be used so players who need more influence can do so peacefully

One turf capped shouldn't start a war.

Seriously? You are taking a turf from someone - that is not a peaceful act. If you want peaceful, you might manage a mostly peaceful game if you plant all your own turf, never attack anyone, never tax anyone, and never make anyone angry. The only people I know that achieved that never downloaded TW, lol.
