How are they arranged? When I look on my profile it seems they're just scrambled. Is there an actual order or not?

At what point does a don help players? I was trying to cap a turf from a player on level 24, at first I won the fight then suddenly the don starts helping them and I can't win a single fight, why did the don never help me when other players were capping my ass?
-
I have punched everything from mobcode.org, turfwarscodes and only 400 left from turfwars.info. I am going to move on to invitecodematrix. I don't think there will be to many codes there I haven't already punched.
Is it worth repunching all of the codes for resets? Where else can I get more codes? Seems like there should be more codes than 20k.
I am super disappointed with 6k. I was hoping for 8k or 10k after punching the backlog. Any ideas for bridging the mob gap? Henchies isn't an options because I won't be dropping $600 for 1k mobsters. Nick should change it to 5 henchmen for 15 points. That would make bridging the gap a little more reasonable at $300 per thousand.

I have lapuas and body armor as primary, but when I attack someone with 1k mob less than me with the same weapons I lose almost every time. Should I switch over to mini guns and sell all lapuas? Tommy guns are just so expensive...any one have any advice?

You can only plant turf at supported airports, NOT any airport. Read the Announcements on your home screen to learn what airports are supported.
Not all airports connect to all other airports. With the addition of the new airports on June 4th, it seems the 6,000 mile rule is no longer in effect.
You receive your next plane ticket (pt) 2 weeks from the last time you used a plane ticket. You CANNOT accumulate them.
When a person is under a certain amount of influence in a city, that city does not show up on their profile (when using the city view.) You must use the old way, and look to see where each individual turf is located to find all the cities they are in.
Read the announcements to learn about the combat disadvantages of flying.

I have been constantly losing turf wherever I go an I was wonderin if it's worth it to reset mobster an start over
-
I'd just like to add this, im sure people are already aware. Besides the messaging, wait for reply and other techniques, i find it pretty much definate to assume that someone whos turf influence are all 84 is an inactive player, seeing as they havent took advantage of the extra 2 influence gained using a 5th grafiti and 6th collector which was added a copule of updates ago. This is obvious to older players but maybe not so obvious to the newer players who started the game after the update.
-
Yes, people, you CAN absolutely cap 1 influence turf. I'm getting sick of hearing folks say that this is not possible. Try it a neighborhood near you! (The czechlist is always right!)

Anyone play TW on the iPad 2, does it work properly with just WiFi, or do you need 3G to get location?
-
Ahhhhh it makes me so mad. Everyone should use turfwarsdb and they should fix mobcode.org get the right codes

There's a player who's a founder of a vendetta, but when I click on the vendetta it says that I'm unable to access the vendetta because it's either been deleted or I'm not privy to it.
Does the guy have a 40% weaker defense or not?? -
I thought it was "etiquette" to not cap someone completely out of an airport/city.
Is this not correct? I've been capped out of San Diego and was just curious. Should I be planting multiple turfs at airports? I tried that, but got extra turfs capped by bigger player saying I had a couple to spare.
So I'm just trying to figure out best strategy to be able to use airports.
Thanks for any advice.

Its hard to start and and continue smooth operations in an alliance, if you want to start one, these are some helpful "rules" to consider. If you're wondering you should listen to me, I started an alliance and it failed. These are what I DIDN'T do, and these can help you last for a while. PM me if you have any questions. Enjoy!

From what I have noticed in this game with ppl who have hundreds of turfs throughout many places do you need to spend alot of real world cash to up your turf limit with don points or just cap alot to even if you are way out of your turf limit it's a balancing act but I wanted to know from several sides

At what level can a new player start buying lapuas , and all the rest of the weapons?
-
1) You need to buy police protection.
A) You lost a capo & haven't bought police protection for that 1 area.
2) Your turf(s) are paying protection $ to another player.
3) Someone you were collecting protection $ from:
A) Tore down their turf.
B) Had their turf attacked or capped.
C) Raised their inf to = yours.
4) Players in your area left or were capped out. See Turf Income Tiers here:
http://turfwarswiki.com/index.php/
Turf_Income_Tiers#Tiers
5) You bought defensive upgrades for your turf(s).
6) You capped one or more turf with defensive upgrades on them.
7) You bought weapons &/or armor with upkeep.
8) You looted weapons &/or armor that have upkeep. (If you are under the level they unlock you can't sell them yet.)
9) You planted a new turf but didn't wait 15 minutes to see how much $ it will actually make. (The amount it initially tells you is not always correct.)
10) Your turf was attacked or capped. Please read about income in the wiki here: http://turfwarswiki.com/index.php/Income

Before posting your questions, please read through the entire thread. Not all loot was added at the same time, and new loot continues to be added. We are unable to edit our posts to include the new loot at the beginning, but the information will be added to this thread as warranted.
For more detailed information on all loot, please read the wiki:
http://turfwarswiki.com/index.php/LootTo have access to loot: download the Turf Wars Loot App from the app store. Once you have downloaded it and opened it once, you can delete it.
**You can only get loot from doing certain missions or buying crates from The Don. The loot missions say CHANCE OF LOOT on them. (Turf upgrades & police maps can also be capped if you cap a turf they are on.) Noobs can also get it by completing tutorial objectives. While you can sell your loot, you can NOT buy loot! -
Melee weapons are basically a 2nd category of weapons you can equip. If you have 100 people in your mob, you can now equip 100 regular (non-melee) weapons, 100 melee weapons, and 100 pieces of armor.
Some former "regular" weapons have now become melee weapons. See the announcements or the market to find out which ones & how the stats were adjusted.
Most melee weapons are loot, however you can buy shanks & steel-toed shoes in the market.

I don't. And it would make hopping easier

What is the correlation between cap radius and mob size? How does this affect your defensive range? Do the actual distances vary depending on the mob size of the target?
-
Hey there everyone,
I recently got out of an ugly vendetta and was thinking how good it would have been to have something to calculate my teams fighting stats before the vendetta began. So, as work was a little slow lately, I decided to make one.
Have a look and let me know what you think, if you can see any problems and what you think would be a good addition to it.http://www.mediafire.com/file/vyitsj77b4sz21c/TW_Fight_CalcV1.0.xls
Use the tabs along the bottom and fill in each mobster stats, then go to the last 'Fight Page' and see who will win etc.
The Fight Page will give you the fight ratios against each mobster, but will also group the first 4 and last 4 mobsters as teams, like in a vendetta and tell you which team is strongest.
The sheet was made on an older version of excel, so there may be some formatting issues on newer versions, but it looked pretty good when I'd finished it.Thanks.

I started playing in Aug 2011 and would still class myself as a newbie to this game, up to today i should count myself luck that i hadn't any trouble untill today losing a turf (this i put down to someone being maxed out on turfs and wanted the protection money i was earning off a couple of turfs and so as i was in range used me) and getting attacked on 8 times a day by another player (cheers Add Rob).
This is not a moan topic as im fully aware that either player hasnt broke any offical rules after all its "all part of the game", still i can see how a much bigger player actions ie beating down on a Newbie can take the fun out of the game and thus they simply give up early on. I have to admit the thoughts crossed my mind tonight of packing in and leaving the game.
like to hear from what i call the Vets in this game after all they too where newbies once and how they first managed in the months playing the game to start with?

As the title suggests -
My turfs are currently being taken by some with a 2.5k larger mob than me. I escaped once, but I have been found again, and can no longer flee.
I tried selling upgrades, but the 10% of influence doesn't work at this level.
I have a lot of spare money, so is there anything I can do to prevent loss of turfs while I desperately punch in codes?
-
In order of importance: timing determination planning resources and profile strength at the bottom. Just a small tidbit that the right player may be able to use to come up
-
Why am I losing turfs to a player with 15,000 less attackpoints than my defensepoints?

1) Go to your Home screen and click on "Get Help." The help section has been updated & has more info as of September 30, 2011.
2) Read the entire FAQ thread first! At least 90% of questions have already been answered in there.
3) For loot questions, read the "➡LOOT Explained🔙" thread.
4) Look at the threads on the first 2 pages of the help forum; they typically cover things not in the FAQ thread or go into more detail.
5) Go to:
http://turfwarswiki.com/index.php/
Category:ReferenceThe wiki has almost all the important info from the help forum. It is also searchable!

I'm a little confused. Is there a chance to receive all loot in both missions? When I used to only do CAB I think I got all loot at least once, but so far in PH I have been getting rare loot such as ar-15's, hench, Kevlar, APA, machete and bazooka. No expressos, cannoli's, and common/uncommon(?) loot? Just want to know if I can still get common/uncommon loot in PH? Thanks
