How do I reset my account

Seeing as how this game has been around for a while now I'm sure this question has been asked.
So instead of having to scroll through a ton of topics, a search button would be helpful. No? -
I recently capped a turf with 100 influence, yet when I go to take out the loot item, there is none. There's the usual stuff that should get it to 86 and nothing else.... Any other for this to happen?

I have about 450 respect points. What should i do with them ? Purchase henchmen ? More turf ? Loot Crates ?

Why is it that I can easily capture about two to three of one persons turf but then it gos near impossible to capture any more

How is the experience calculated?
I'm fighting players to level up. But it seems random. As I can get 6 exp per fight when attacking someone with 1k mob, whereas attacking a mob of 6-9k I get around 1-2 exp?
Does the exp go off their player level? Or something else?

I have made an account, but when I attempt to log in into that account, there would be a message saying "problem logging in"

So I went to watch the video for the free 5 don points and after watching it once I was not rewarded the don points and then even after resetting the app and going into the settings for the app and watching the video multiple times I was still not rewarded? Any suggestions are welcome, thanks.

Are weapons and melee the samething? Meaning that one mob member gets 1 weapon, 1 melee and 1 armor or 1 weapon or a melee and 1 armor. Which one is it?

Is anyone having trouble with the ads on the Don's page? It's been almost a week since it's worked properly. When clicking on the free respect points button (when watching an ad to get points) all I get is a loading icon and I don't get an ad. I need to pay tribute to my local don! Please help!

Hi, how can you cap someone who is less than 10% of your influence, as it's happening to me by someone with considerably higher influence than me? (Them 400,000 me 17,000)

It says something like (36) > 10% but my base dose have a higher influence at 10% of it anyone know why it's not working

Hi, I'm new and I don't even have a turf yet. Whenever I try to make a turf an error message pops up stating that it can't connect to a geocoder service. I've tried wifi, and my phone's connection separately, I've even tried using a vpn. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
