  Thanks so much for your advice and support in my newbie days. I'm now at level 47 and have $272 million. Getting to level 30 (which allowed me to create full-sized turfs with 86 influence) changed the game. Instead of trying to avoid having to pay protection money to other players when planting new turfs, I'm now looking for opportunities to earn protection money.

  What should I be using my skill points for, energy or stamina? I have already maxed out health at 250 points. I have 65 points for energy and 36 for stamina. I initially used my skill points on energy and then switched to health and stamina. Since I have maxed out health, I've been increasing my stamina.

  Is there a point that I should go back to increasing my energy, or should I continue to upgrade stamina?

  NOTE: I'm too cheap to spend real money on this game.

  I have used my entire 35-turf allocation. They're all great turfs - full size PLUS protection income. I've removed my more marginal turfs to build superior ones. Given that I have no marginal turfs left, I'll be more selective in the future about building new ones.

  That said, what can I do to expand my turf limit? I sometimes get a new turf when I level up, and I've also been using my Don points to expand my turf limit. But I don't level up as often now (at level 50) as I did in the past. Early in the game, my cash limited my total influence. Now I have enough cash ($778 million) to build hundreds of 86 influence turfs, but I'm limited to just 35.
