I see alot of uses in being able to gift/buy don points for others. Other games have a system where you can give away purchased items, they must be purchased to avoid mules gifting their 5 free

I think you can in TW. just tell support to transfer x respect points.
I'm not totally sure so wait for someone else to confirm before you try.

If you can't already I say no. This could be abused by mules.
Although there could be a limit you can donate to one player.

I don't see how this is a muling issue. It doesn't matter if you buy them or your mule buys them. It would have to be available only when you buy the don points so you can't gift the 5 daily points.

It would not be abused by mules read the post, if your mule wants to pay $9.99 that's their choice, still a purchase

I can see high potential for abuse in this. "Gift me 1000 Don Points and I'll stop capping you.". Nope. No thank you. No transferring points between accounts please.

Yup. Extortion and paying hit men would be common. I don't see much other use for it, maybe helping a newb friend get started.

U can just buy someone a iTunes gift card or send them money via PayPal, there's no need for this in game
