Is any body able to flip their phone upside down and have tw flip? I know it used to but it only goes sideways for me. I have also been having trouble with the spellcheck, like when a word is underlined in red I will double click, hit suggest, and it flashes the proper spelling. Before it would show the proper spelling and I would be able to click it to change it, now I am unable to change it. The proper spelling flashes briefly but does not allow me to select it. This has only been in turfwars.

I can go upside down mayhem. And the spellcheck works for me.

Spell check for me only pops up for 1 second then I can't press it!

Huh, strange it appears it is a hit or miss on who experiences the issues. I will notify support and keep you guys in the loop!

I have the same issues on both counts and mentioned the spell check weeks ago and nothing from support.

Sorry to hear this – the spellcheck feature is controlled by iOS itself, not Turf Wars – perhaps a setting was changed on your device?

Regarding the device orientation - all orientations are supported by Turf Wars, including upside-down. Does it work if you rotate to landscape and back to upside down?

To which I replied:
I will investigate all settings in my device that could possibly effect the spellcheck. If it means anything to you I have asked around and there are a few others that have both of the same issues, also I'm not sure if I memtioned but this is only within turfwars app.
In regards to the orientation, I used to be able to flip upside down. If I rotate to landscape and then upside down it will stay in landscape. If I flip it upside down from rightside up the image stays and doesn't move.

I checked settings and couldn't really find anything.

Has anyone tried deleting an reinstalling the app? I've never had to log back in so I'm afraid to try lol

Sounds good – as an app dev we don't have any control over the details of the spellcheck (besides enabling/disabling it on certain text fields). Upside-down orientation is probably going to be removed in the future – it already won't work on app startup as of version 2.30, maybe that is also causing the rotation issues you're experiencing.

Many (many!) settings are not controllable by the end-user but are hard-coded in the iOS. Have you updated recently?

The whole finger select thingy option sucks now, I can barely copy paste ffs.
