As the Don points increase as your refilling energy so should the odds for winning loot. Especially when your energy gets high like 8-9 DP to refill your energy.

No I agree
Shouldn't change the odds of loot just because you put more money in. You put money in as a gamble in the first place, it should remain a gamble.
