  Pointless marks just so you have something to aim for. Perhaps even titles.
  You could get them for things like getting capo of a capital city. Gaining turf instead of loosing it after a week is up from vendettas.
  Making 10 bill in money.

  The list could go on.
  Trophies would also be good for noobs to see who actually knows what they are talking about at a glance.

  I like. There should be several levels to each trophie. So bronze could be 100mil, silver 1bil, gold 10bil and platinum 100bil or something.
