Assign each player with 6 points for which they can vote for suggestions they like.

The points regenerate, perhaps at 1-2 a week.

To Mitigate Waste, merge and rename similar ideas -- OR, provide an admin only area where topics can only be commented on, not created by players.

No, majority decisions like this are bad. It is not because something is popular that it is good or warranted ie britney spears music.

Devs do not decide what features to add because of customers vote. What if all customers vote to have free Don points instead of paying? See the issue here?
