Airport radius always green

I have been having an issue where when planting turf in the airport radius the airport radius is green although I don't have a plane ticket at this time. This makes it very difficult to hop through airports as I have to gauge the distance due to everything being green. It used to be on and off but now it is always green at all the airports.

Does anybody have any tricks to turn it yellow?

Yes i have had the same problem.. Restart tw fixed it for me though...
