Make police maps unequippable

Firstly hopping is a chore so I suggest police maps be unequippable, I have accidentally equipped one before and it would be useful to see the hop so you know you can before having to commit 2/3 to find you still can't hop.

If you cap a turf that just happens to have one then you can unequip and reuse it 👍

Not a bad idea. It still gets used up if you hop though correct?
