State capo

How about we get some state capos or have a state split up it 4 sections like north Florida, south Florida, east and west. Aside from the city capos this might be a great way to expand a players turf

We have a capo of new jersey which is now Marco polo

But say in the US you could have an east coast capo, a Midwest capo and a west coast capo. Would work a little different in the UK maybe but the principle would be the same
