I was thinking, theirs like a monument of some kind everywhere, when someone becomes capo of an area they should automatically own the monument and they can upgrade it, and if people want to take on the capo title they will have to take down the monument? But ofcourse it will be alot stronger than normal turf and the capo can hit back do a v or whatever to stop the attacks, what do u think?

Hmm would be a good idea capos do need more advantages. Not sure what though.

This is a good idea. There needs to be more challenge in taking capo from another player. I've taken several from a player recently cos their influence was low on in those areas. Obv I couldn't defend them and it's a bit of a piss take.

I think the idea of a capo should be to help make their city stronger and not just themselves. I think being a capo of a city should generate something you can give out to local mobsters to raise the strength of your city. Eg maybe generate 2 henchmen per 4 days or per week to give out. Or something along those lines :)

Maybe for every capo you Get, you get one extra turf limit.
