Fam system like barafranca (web based mob game) would be really sweet but I think TF needs more players before this would work.

You don't need an ingame alliance or family system. There are many families and alliances in the game. For exmple cms gc3 ecs would be alliances. The massholes and the California big 3 would be families. No need for ingame systems for it. If you want to create a family or alliance then do so
