Will there ever be a time when individual buildings on google maps like street view will be capped and upgraded? Street by street and building by building advancement?

This would be insanely awesome, but as some of the previous posters mentioned Google maps isn't there (yet). Basically they'd need to make their database of buildings available to developers, which if they do, won't happen for at least a couple of years.
